JIYONGKIM

Jiyong Kim started his eponymous label shortly after graduating from Central Saint Martins with a degree in menswear design. Kim previously designed for Lemaire and worked under Virgil Abloh as a design assistant at Louis Vuitton. The JiyongKim label is largely focused on sustainability and natural resourcefulness. The materials used in collections are comprised of sustainable vintage and deadstock fabrics. They are then left in the sun, wind and rain for months at an end, creating a natural weathered and sun-bleached effect that is unique to each garment.
