Launched in 1994 by Consuelo Castiglioni, Marni is a luxury Italian label that transcends trends and fads, setting itself apart from some of the big contemporaries in the industry. Known for their inventive use of patterns and blending of different materials, Marni creates unique pieces that are timeless simply because there is nothing they can be compared to. Both the menswear and womenswear lines boast relaxed silhouettes and prolific prints made famous through the juxtaposition of clashing colors and textures. The brand also was one of the first luxury houses to step into the e-commerce world, leading to fruitful collaborations and projects, as wide as a worldwide, forward thinking following. 2016 marked the step-down of Castiglioni, with Francisco Risso now as creative director, propelling a fresh, well received chapter for the beloved label.
