This UNC Jordan 6 continues a series of Retro releases inspired by college Player Editions, with venerated college athletic programs such as Michigan, Oregon, and Georgetown represented regularly through this well-concepted string of drops. The upper features the high-contrast blocking of University Blue and white, while black colors in the interior lining and the spoiler-inspired heel pull-tabs. A transparent tongue makes way for a tribal pattern commonly associated with the Air Jordan 7, only to be repeated on the insoles. Finally, the jersey patch is stitched onto the heel, giving the shoes the performance-ready aesthetic.
